Welcome to Newark Family Dental

There is nothing worse than feeling like you’re “just a number.” For some people, going to the dentist is a terrifying, anxiety-producing experience filled with dread, fear, and panic. Dental work doesn’t need to be scary.

Newark Family Dental tries hard to change the perception of going to the dentist.

From the moment you walk in the door, you’re warmly greeted by our wonderful front desk personnel. You’re then guided back to your hygiene chair for your dental cleaning by our skilled hygienists, you are treated like a person who has individual concerns, needs, and fears. Our skilled doctors are assisted professionally by our amazing assistants who try their best to put you at ease and make your visit as pleasant as possible. We strive for pain-free dentistry with the latest knowledge and equipment. We offer nitrous oxide, or laughing gas, to get the extra-scared or nervous patients through their appointments.

We work with you and your insurance to take the financial pain out of dental work. We offer a variety of payment options, along with CareCredit, an interest-free credit card option to finance larger procedures. We can assist you in filing with your insurance company and help you maximize your yearly allowance. We are participating providers with Excellus BCBS and Cigna for Wegmans employees. Going to the dentist doesn’t have to be scary for your wallet.

Come visit us and see what we mean by a “gentle and caring place”.

A beautiful practice for all your dental needs.

Our Services

Bonding and White Fillings

Bonding is a popular method to enhance the aesthetics of your smile. Bonding can be used to correct cracks or gaps in teeth, as a filling after a cavity has been removed, or to cover up stains or discolored teeth.

Bridges

Dental bridges are a great way to replace missing teeth. Your existing teeth are used to literally create a bridge to cross the area where your tooth is missing. Bridges are made from gold, metal, alloys, or porcelain to ensure that they are strong and durable.

Crowns

Crowns can be made from porcelain, porcelain fused to metal, or a full gold crown. To maintain a natural look and feel a porcelain finished crown is best, as it can be matched to the shade of your other teeth. This will allow it to blend in and appear just like one of your natural teeth.

Dental Hygiene

While at our office, we make sure that you receive the highest level of service and ensure that our dental work is of the highest quality.

Dental Implants

Dental implants are a permanent and appealing solution to replace missing or extracted teeth.

Dentures

Dentures are a replacement for missing teeth that can be removed and put back into your mouth as you please.
